About me

My name is Gayle Opie and I’m a digital designer specializing in heritage presentation books.

I’m a former computer programmer with several years experience working with digital photos.

In 2001, I used my mother's written stories to edit and publish a book about her life as a child growing up in rural Montana from 1913 through 1924.  The book is called "Life on the Mizpah" and consists of her memories as an only child on a small cattle ranch in eastern Montana.  It includes stories of daily life and some of the people who lived in the area.

More recently, I produced a book documenting the life of my sister and, for my mother's 95th birthday, I made a 20 page presentation album of the highlights of her life.

I have discovered a true interest in preserving old photos and family stories.  I'm eager to help you preserve your heritage photos and memorabilia using archival storage methods.  Together, we can you tell your family’s story using digital techniques to produce presentation books of your family's history.
